Meetings are typically held at Fire Station 111 at the corner of Pine St. Extension & Fogg Ln. In some instances, they may be held at the Pearl River Town Hall.

Board meetings are usually held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7pm. Dates and times are subject to change. Agenda and other information will be found on the meeting announcements posted on the doors at Station 111 & Station 112 and are available upon request by phone call, fax or email. Volunteer meetings are typically going to be held the first Monday of each month but are subject to change.
